5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The app offers free features and optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional content and features.

Payment and Renewal

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Renewal charges will occur within 24 hours before the current period ends.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s account settings.

Refunds

All billing, cancellation, and refund requests must be handled by the respective App Store (Apple/Google) according to their policies.
Hardik Bhesaniya cannot directly issue refunds for purchases made through the App Stores.

6. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.

  2. Tap [Your Name] → Subscriptions.

  3. Select MyPartner: Ai Girlfriend Chat.

  4. Tap Cancel Subscription.

If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the current billing period ends.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the App responsibly and lawfully. You must not:

  • Use AI for abusive, illegal, or exploitative purposes.

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the app or its servers.
